Who runs this site

The data controller for this site is Eixo Design, registered in the Netherlands under KvK 42036962, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us at folio@eixo.design for any question about this notice or the data we hold about you.

What this site collects

This is the Folio marketing site. It is a static page. It does not set tracking cookies, run third-party analytics, or build a profile of you.

The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare. To serve those files, the providers receive standard request metadata such as IP address and user-agent. We do not receive, combine, or store that data. Google Fonts may route requests through servers in the United States; the transfer is covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). Cloudflare processes standard server logs for security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy notice for the detail.

If you contact us

When you write to folio@eixo.design, we keep the email and the conversation that follows so we can answer you and remember context for any work we do together. We do not pass your email to third parties or add you to marketing lists.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering enquiries and maintaining a record of client conversations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If we work together, the conversation is retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed to meet tax and accounting obligations under Dutch law (7 years).

Sites we build for clients

Sites Folio builds for clients are separate from this one and have their own privacy notices, set by the creative who owns the site. Visiting this marketing site does not place anything on the sites we have built.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• have it corrected if it is wrong,
• have it deleted,
• have processing restricted,
• receive a copy in a portable format,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these, write to folio@eixo.design. We respond within 30 days as the law requires.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
